Sewn Notebook (Final Stage)

The notebook is completed.

Somehow I managed to lose the photographs I took of the final stages where I attached the cover, but hopefully these make up for that!

Overall I am pleased with how it has turned out, but I can see I have more work to do on perfecting the look. The cover has been spoiled by over-gluing and I need to work more on keeping the text block straight when attaching the cover. I’m also not happy with the width of the spine: I think I will either make it smaller on my next project, or measure more carefully.

I plan to put this notebook to use, but beforehand I will add some vinyl to the cover to hide my errors!

Now to plan my next project so I can practise.
